Elected Officials Bike Too!

Hey, employees of Kent County are not the only ones who cycle into 300 Monroe!  Here is Commissioner Talen on a bright sunny day up on the plaza.  You never know who you might see cycling downtown.  It might be your elected County Commissioner, or the City Police, or your county tax assessor.  It might be the guy in the Clerk's office who helps you get a marriage license.  Or, if you are me, it might be your boss, PJ.  It's a great time to be a cyclist.
