Thanks, Veterans!

Those darn leaves

Yesterday I was privileged to have Veterans Day off. I can't say enough good about veterans. I took the opportunity to bag at least a dozen "barrels" of leaves, thus finishing off the maple tree in the back yard, and getting a start on the maple in the front. Even though it sucked, I have to admit, the weather was great, the process went well, the neighbors were helpful, and I got a lot of great exercise from climbing in and out of the hay wagon we used to load leaves.
